The UK Premiere of Reclaiming Cocoa
A deeply moving film shot in Ghana, created in collaboration with a Swiss investigative journalist. Ittells the complex, human story of cocoa. It's colonial history, its impact on communities and theongoing journey toward justice and reparations. This film has already started conversations in Ghana, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
The 50/50 Fundraiser
A ceremonial moment of giving and receiving: 50 one-of-a-kind, zero-waste chocolate bars each wrapped in artwork made from images captured at last October’s festival launch. No two bars are the same and none will ever be made again, with each being available at £50. Proceeds will support the creation of the first-ever Chocolate Lab in a cocoa-farming school in Tarkwa Breman, Ghana.
Ceremony at the Wells of Reparations
A closing rooted in ritual, remembrance, and radical hope. We’ll honour our ancestors, hold space for healing, and envision what repair might truly look like. This gathering is a call to witness, a celebration of resilience and an invitation to be part of something deeply meaningful.
Throughout the day, light refreshments will be served, offering a moment to pause, connect and nourish as we move through the experience together.
