Are you an artist, creative, sports club or community group with a vision to bring people together through culture, physical activity or celebration?

CultureDale is offering groups £500 – or more if working in collaboration – to help you host an event, activity or workshop this April as part of the grand finale of CultureDale and to celebrate an incredible milestone – 50 years of Calderdale!    We’re looking for events that:

• Are already ongoing or will begin in the coming months
• Celebrate community and togetherness
• Encourage continued cultural engagement beyond the Year of Culture.

This is a chance to bring your ideas to life and leave a lasting impact on our community. Whether it’s a performance, workshop, exhibition, physical activity session or something unique – we want to hear from you!

• Events to take place in April 2025
• Funding of up to £500 available per project, or more if working in collaboration with other groups.
• Applications close on midnight Sunday 23 February
