We are pleased to announce that Creative Minds is now open for funding applications to benefit people who live in Calderdale. Please feel free to pass this message on to interested parties.
Creative Minds, a charity hosted by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is now open for funding applications from local not-for-profit organisations to provide creative activities (arts, leisure, recreation, horticulture, physical activity and sport).
Please see attached application guidance for the specifics of this funding round and application form before applying. Projects can apply to cover Calderdale and Kirklees but there are some differences in the guidance so please contact us if you want to do this.
We have limited funding and organisations can apply for funding of between £1-£4k (max of £1,000 for small, constituted groups) and all applications above £1k must identify match funding as part of their application. This funding will enable local not-for-profit organisations or groups to deliver a variety of creative initiatives to benefit health and wellbeing. If you are interested in a project to benefit our smokefree service we may have separate funding round for that so please get in touch.
