Join Calderdale Museums for a special concert with the Calderdale based songwriter and painter Roger Davies where he will be performing the best of his back catalogue, along with a selection of brand-new songs.

The writer of Brighouse On Saturday Night, The Ghost Of Lily Fogg, Peter Brook’s Paintings, Into The Sun, Judy Woods and Time Goes By, Roger has been recording his music and performing live since 2004. He has toured with Fairport Convention and played sold out shows at both the Square Chapel Centre for the Arts and the Victoria Theatre in Halifax.

His unique blend of acoustic folk-rock has never sounded better. Join us for a night to remember!

This concert is presented to coincide with the Roger Davies exhibition entitled ‘Welcome to Calderdale’, taking place at the Smith Art Gallery in Brighouse from December 21st 2024 to June 27th 2025.
