Hebden Bridge Arts aims to ignite creativity within the community and beyond. They collaborate with inspiring artists and communities to create exciting art that reflects environmental concerns and addresses the climate emergency, offering inspiration to all. Bringing together artists from various disciplines with grassroots organisations serving under-served and under-represented communities, they engage participants as co-creators, workshop participants, volunteers, audience members, and visitors.

They showcase visual art, film, written and spoken word, theatre, dance, and music, presenting diverse creativity to the world.

The Man Who Planted Trees

Explore a multi-art form environmentally-themed project inspired by Jean Giono's allegorical short story, 'The Man Who Planted Trees'. Created and co-curated with professional artists, environmental experts, local community groups, and Calderdale residents, the project culminates in performances and exhibitions throughout July, listed below.:
