Through genuine and relaxed conversations, Calder Navigation takes a look at the complexities of being human by sharing the experiences of local people. From poetry to music, each episode offers a unique and creative perspective, fostering pride, unity, and compassion within our community.

The first series of the podcast was released over the course of 2023, with ten episodes highlighting the fascinating stories of local people, from musicians to community activists, dancers to therapists and many more interesting Calderdale residents!

Now, the second series is in full swing, with three episodes already released and a fourth out today:

Clare Donegan is a passionate advocate for nature and the arts and Artistic Director of Inna Nature, an organisation that supports people to connect with nature.

Clare says she’s always felt most at home in the natural world, and she deeply believes in the transformative power of creativity. Claire co-founded Inna Nature during her recovery from a significant illness, aiming to empower and connect communities with the natural world.

The episode explores Clare’s journey to creating Inna Nature and what we can all gain from nature connection practices.
